Hi 

 

I have big problem with CR. No one reports act correctly.

Hand reports:

This error is pretty generic. A couple questions,

  1. What version of IFS?
  2. Were web services working before and have now stopped working?
  3. Is the IIS web site running?
  4. Can you ping the IIS server?
  5. Have you run the Crystal Report Prereq tool to see if your setup and software passes the configuration checks?

Please provide a summary of what you have tried in order to resolve this issue.
