Hello Everyone!

 

First off thanks in advance for your input!  I have a scenario where it is convenient for a technician to use multiple devices.  For example taking pictures with a phone and then completing a work task on a laptop with larger screen real estate.  Has anyone come across this use case?  I recommend one device per field tech but sometimes it is more convenient to use more than one.

In IFS Cloud MWO supports multiple devices so your scenario should work fine - provided when switching between the phone and laptop there is connectivity. There is no communication in MWO between the devices so the data is sent from the phone to the server then to the laptop (and vise versa)
