Actually, this is possible with IFS Cloud 23R1!

Steps:

  1. Login to IFS Cloud as a user with the right permissions
  2. Open the Navigator Designer
  3. Expand Solution Manager > Mobile Apps > Configuration > Apps for Page Designer > Maintenance Engineer
  4. Select the nodes you want to hide, and in the Properties window, set each as Hidden
  5. Save and publish your configuration (you should see the green solid bar against the nodes you hid like in this screenshot from Service Engineer app)
  6. Re-initialize the app, and it should look like this

More on Navigator Designer (not mobile specific) is available here: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r1/040_tailoring/225_configuration/250_navigator_configurations/

Hope this helps!

Hi @Rukmal Fernando , the question was actually if the My Work Calendar page can be de “Home” page.  So when you log in to MWO Service, the first thing you see is the Calendar. Is this a option?

Another question.

We use Service Engineer MWO. In the Navigator Designer there is none page being hidden. However we don't have a tile or link to the Work To Repair.

Do you know why this is?

@coninl given it’s not hidden in the Navigator Designer, it is very likely hidden through Security Grants. Have you checked those?

Hello @ISD, I’ve not had a chance to try this myself recently, but the same option is available in Apps10. Have you tried it? As you can see in the screenshot below, the path is slightly different, but it’s still possible.

Hello @Rukmal Fernando i actually tried it on Permission Sets altering ‘Activities’ related to TochApps>ServiceEng App. As per your kind suggestion looks like it's only could be controlled from Aurena Page Designer. Sure, i shall try that option as well. Many thanks.

Best regards,
