Hi all,

Currently we are playing around with Aurena on tablets. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8

Initially we started Aurena in browsers and we landed on Edge due to the ability to go full screen. Additionally when prompted to add media, the screen popped up with the option to select the camera or to browse folders. Truly amazing!

Unfortunately this function does not seem to work anymore, after IT updated the tablets. I only see that this is Android 12 and a bunch of other versions of stuff I do not fully understand.

Anyway, I was told in the newest version of Android Samsung has restricted media access (i.o.w. the camera does not open up when using Aurena). Could somebody help me to regain the previous functionality?

Additionally could someone tell me if running Aurena this way is advised? Or is there a better/ more stable way?

Thanks in advance

Today I found that the app settings for Edge did not include permission on Camera. After granting access/ permission the camera popped up once again!

Moved to Framework section since this is more related to that than asset management.
