I am wondering if it is possible to create tasks and reqeuests in FSM from a third party application. In my use case, the third party application will send a message to FSM to create a Request and a Task for the new Request (customer, type, etc will be supplied). Is this possible if the third party application does not know the next request ID/task ID in sequence?
