Hello IFS community,
I would like to know if there is any possibility to build specific approval process/workflow for any record in IFS. In my case, I want to build the approval process for changing one attribute on Sales Part and it needs to be approved by 2 people (so the related Task is not an option). We have 22R2 IFS Cloud version. Approval process should be like this:
- Person A will create a new request for changing the attribute (via custom defined screen on custom table)
- Person B and C will receive the notification, go to IFS and approve/reject the request
- Person A is notified about the result
