Cannot cancel work order

If you have reportings on the WO (time, material etc) you will not be able to cancel that WO.

If this is an incorrect processed WO, I would suggest to first “cancel” out the reported time by reporting the same amount of hours with a minus sign (that will balance the financal part correctly). You seems to have done this on the material transactions.

Then you need to Finish the WO and on the WO itself I would give a comment that this work was actually not performed at all.
