Hi

After a clearing of all cache memory, i can no longer get the Astea Application to remember my last opened tabs to reopen them when i next log in. The next time i log in, it reverts back to “home page”

Is there any other place i need to try and check?

Hi,

You have the latest and last HF release for v15.2 which is HF4.  There will not be another HF release for v15.2 as this version was an interim release prior to 15.3 and is now on restricted support Please see:

I have reproduced the issue you are encountering on 15.2.0.4 with the Astea Browser.  Only recommendation is upgrade your version as you mentioned above.  It appears to be a code issue and not related to cache/server based on my testing.

Hi,

Which version with which HF are you using?  We had a similar issue with our V14 customers, with option one below, ‘Default Module’.  The module set in this option wasn’t retained when they logged back in.  This issue has been fixed in the latest HF28.  It can be related.

Regards,

Susie

Hi Susie

We are 15.2.0.4…. not sure about the HF, will check with our server team the last HF applied

It seems to be either browser or cache related. Another colleague is having the issue after having to re-install the application.

Otherwise, we may have to wait until the system is upgraded.

Thanks

Megan

For additional notes, it occurred only in Windows 10 but worked fine in other Windows versions.

I believe this is related to an Alliance browser as this options page is not available in the non-Alliance browser version.

Please disregard, I found the answer on another thread.

Is this setting (open to last opened tabs) available anywhere in the web portal version?
