Appointment Booking Option in Service Cloud

We have setup all the parameters for PSO in our application, however when the Service request is initiated and the scope is added to the service requests and the tasks are getting generated based on Service Catalog, we do not get the option for Appointment booking so that Appointments can be retrieved from PSO. Could anyone please help us with the reason for of us not getting the Appointment Booking button?
