+15In the baseline Field Service (Rev 1) FSM Mobile screen design, service history is displayed in the History tab of the ProductHistory tab screen. This screen is accessed from the hyperlink on the Model ID field on the Overview (DebriefOverview) screen. You can review the configuration of the tab screen (ProdHistHistory) to see how the data is selected.
