We have a requirement from one of our customers where in once the part (serialized) is received for repair, after repair there is a possibility that the part becomes a different part and probably a different serial. Is there a functionality in IFS FSM 6.14 for the same and how do we handle this scenario?

If your requirement is to change the part id and it’s serial id after it is repaired, according to my understanding, there is no such baseline functionality in the FSM.
