See attached screenshot. There are only 4 elements on the dashboard. How and what needs to be setup in order to have a WorkOrder and other elements in the dashboard?

You need to grant relevant permissions in order to see the tiles.
- Go to Solution Manager > Aurena Native Apps >Administration >Security Grants and Entity Filters >Security Grants By Permission Set
- Select the relevant permission set for your user
- Add relevant security groups for the correct application
- Initialize the application

+4Thanks Nethmi. Confirmed, that's the trick. It works. Maybe worth mentioning to add ServiceEngApp21.
I am guessing this is for Cloud 21. There is also ServiceEngApp2 but this didn't work for me. Do you know what the difference is?
+4A new challenge: The four elements in my starting position (see above screenshot) are still in my dashboard on top of the additional elements. Some where I have a duplicate permission set, right?
