I have created a custom screen and want to have Import/Export button on the screen to import data on the custom table. There is an import/export button in business rules screen(for reference). I want to trigger existing import/export functionality from my custom screen. The button has to be at the top right corner of the screen beside Save button. Can anyone please help me on this?

I do not believe this can be done in this way. You may be able to create a button that instead takes the user to the import/export screen to perform the import though.
You could also have the users create a shortcut in their menus to the import/export so it is always readily available from anywhere in the system.
