Could someone explain the reason for receiving the following error message when trying to add attachments to the Purchase Order header?
Error : Field [KEY_REF] is mandatory for Document Reference Object and requires a value.

+14If this is APP10 did you try the same in IEE and see what happens? Also are there any object connection transformation rules defined for this LU? This looks like a bug for me.

+32Hi,
I tried creating a new document from three places (Apps 10) in that screen (not sure what place you tried it) and it worked from all places. If you can recreate this, press F12 before you try again to open the Dev Tools in Chrome. Then check what happens in the Network tab and if you can see the call that fails there. Send the details of the call to us here.
