I’ve checked, and also recreated the client secret, but can’t get past this error.  Are these credentials stored somewhere other than the IAM and the print agent config?

Thanks. Bob.

Hi @robhus,

Could you please try adding the print agent service user in to administrators group in windows and check.

Thanks @Chathuranga Samarakoon. I had done that, no difference.

A case sensitive issue for IAM Client user in the wizard. The print agent started working after I changed the client ID from IFS_print_agent  to ifs_print_agent (as shown in the IAM Client)
