After we updated to IFS 10 Update 14, when we are creating sales quotations with configurable parts on it, when we walk through the Configuration options the configuration never goes into a complete status. We found a work around of Parking the configuration and then we are able to RMB on it and Complete the configuration.
We have the same issue for apps 10 update 14. Logged with IFS. Let me know if you have had any answer to this.

Had the same issue and contacted IFS who supplied a delivery to apply which fixed the issue so we could stay on UPD 14 instead of jumping to UPD16 and introducing more potential bugs.
