This question has been posed before but no conclusive answer was given.
We cannot get any result in the Intrastat reporting. It is just empty.
We have read this and think that we have set up the data correctly:

If you have setup required data correctly it’s bit difficult to conclusively make a comment on the error. I think best way would be to raise a case to the IFS Support.
