I create Project invoice with the help of AFP . i want to check project transection lines , but on line level when i am trying to RMB for Project transection, it reflects to invoicing plan screen. Instead of that i want project transection screen.

This is the standard application behavior. The mentioned project does not have any transactions (time reporting hours, cost etc.) connected to it. The user has schedule fixed amount invoices and that is why you are directed to Invoicing plan window.
In App10 version we can see both RMB option available but only one of them will have a record.
