In Apps 10 update 13 it was noticed that the RMB gives you the option to Apply to All Instances. We have looked throughout the system when we click on this option and do not see any changes anywhere. What does this do?

When Technical Class template characteristic attributes are updated, RMB option "Apply to All Instances" could be used to dispatch the updates to all connected instances . Updates are directly reflected on any of the characteristics tabs if available. For example Part catalog/ Part / Characteristics
Please refer below steps I have followed in Regional Test CMB environment.
1. Open IEE, Part Catalog and create a new Part Number.
2. Open up the Attachment Panel/ Characteristics and connect a known Technical Class.
3. Now check the both attachment panel & characteristics tab is updated with the connected attributes.
4. Now go back to the technical Class Template (connected above)
5. Add one more numeric or alphanumeric attributes and Save
- RMB option, "Apply to All Instances".
- Open the previous Part Number and observe the Attachment Panel/Characteristics. Changes are updated
