Re Voucher entry Window, Whenever user click on add button I want to fill Voucher status automatically as “Approved”.

Hi Harsha,
This can be done by setting the default voucher series per user group as follows.
with this setup where the the user is linked to the user group AC and when that user creates a voucher from the voucher type ‘M’ the status will be updated as ‘Approved.’ Once the new button is clicked.
This will not work if the voucher requires ‘Separate User Approval’ .

You could set the field(s) you wish to default and save as a template. Then set the template as default.
1. Insert new record and complete the fields that you would like to default.
2. Click the dropdown for Save button and select save as template and give the template a name.set
3. Set the template as default.
When you create a new record the default values will be auto populated.
