+14Issue: CRM Companion 10 Java error
Steps:
+ Use an Android (11) device and login to the app
+ Following error can be seen upon clicking on Connect (before the login screen)
Exception of type
‘Java.Lang.RuntimeException’ was thrown.
Note: Issue not visible in Android 10 for the same TAS
Did anyone come across such error if so, have you figured out why?

Hi Susith,
This is a known issue which we encountered when we released a new version of CRM Companion recently. This error appears because of some changes in Android 11 which required changes in the apps. We have fixed the issue now and released a new version. Please update the app to version 1.0.5.
