Is there a way of PSO stop grabbing tasks after they are Committed on the mobile? I’ve had situations with Sedgwick when a job which was scheduled for the following day then gets changed to Do Not Schedule
I think I need to change the Task_Status data ( see attachment ) but I’m not sure what all the schedule options represents like Ignore, Commited etc. Also where is this normally found in FSM

Hi,
Attaching here the PSO Status Document. You may compare them side by side with FSM TASK_STATUS table. Then you can identify what is the actual status you need to use to cater your requirement.
