I am getting the following error while creating creating sub contract valuation.
After investigation i found out when the application value is same “This certification net value” field comes as 0 and this error appears. What the way to overcome this error.

I have exactly the same issue. i am trying to create a valuation for partial quantity/Value of the subcontract item/line, The Net Certified amount is calculated but i get the same error “ Net Certified Value is 0, Certification not allowed.” Did you find out by any chance the solution to this?
