I am trying to submit an invitation to the supplier from the sub contract. After the award dialog, I get a toast message that the invite has been sent. However, the email in the Supplier Contact is not receiving an email and I don’t see anything in Application Messages.
- SMTP is configured (we tested it using custom events and sending reports)
- The Supplier has an active contact with a valid email address
- The sub contract is in Submitted status and has lines
- The sub contract revision is active
Are there any other settings that I should check?
