Restrict edit access to projects

Hi,

 

We are trying to achieve the following and currently the only option we see is to create a custom event. Looking for suggestion if this can be achieved in product.

 

We have created template projects that are copied when a new project is created. We need to restrict the edit access to the template projects to only a certain group. The other users should be able to view the template but not edit.

@PIINKADAM The out-of-the-box restriction we have in projects is Project Access. But in your scenario, it does not help as some of the users need to have access to the project in read-only mode.

Therefore configuration is the only way forward.
