Wondering how to remove the Project Delivery Top Part No?
Once we enter the Top Part No in Project window Delivery Project tab, seems like we cannot remove it anymore. we tried in Project window, as well as Project Product window, tab Item. Please see the screenshots.

The Top Part No is the part number of the top item (The unique identifier of the top part for this delivery project). This field can be modified if Top Item No has not been entered for the delivery project. It is automatically filled in if a Top Item No is entered for the delivery project.
This field can be removed only if you remove the Top Item No. Check the below screen shots.
