We are creating multi-line purchase requisitions from the Project Demand to Project Supply. We need to pre-post the account on the purchase requisition line. Is there a way to set multiple lines at once? Some of these requisitions have 20-30 lines and setting them one at a time is very tedious.

Did you try Pre Posting available at Header level.?
At line level it is not possible to add pre posing for multiple lines.
