Hi all,

Our client has external employees who need access to projects and are expected to work on them. However, the external employee should not be managed as an employee in the company.

What alternatives are there for this case to give the external employee access, but not to create him as an employee in the company?

Hi @Nadim ,

Have you tried the ‘Project Reporting for Contractors’ functionality?

This would allow you to set the external employees up as having an Employee Category of ‘Contractor’

They will have access to the projects but not be considered to be employees and can be excluded from headcount and FTE calculations etc
