We came across with below error when we were trying to manually issue the parts to particular project activity . Can anyone of you assist on this please ?

It was scrapped, so no you don’t have it available to use and it isn’t assigned to another activity. It is scrapped.
We have a purchase order for the specified activity . However , the quantity is not available to issue . Will that be assigned to another activity ? If so , how can I find it ?
