Hi IFS! Is there a way for IFS users to provide feedback within IFS after successfully completing something?
My product team is configuring IFS to enable our end users to complete their work in a better process than before. We would like to capture their feedback on completing their work in IFS right after they successfully complete a something, so that we can get their feedback while it’s fresh in their minds, and can configure IFS to better meet their needs.
I am envisioning some kind of side panel, small window, or modal that prompts users to give a brief rating or description of their experience completing their work. Please see below examples to illustrate what I mean. Does anything like this exist today in IFS? Is there anything we can leverage that can meet our need?
