Hi does anyone know? I tried to cancel a supply request, but it said I cannot do that because I have a shop order connected to it. Then I tried to close the SO, and try again, it has the same error message. Does anyone know how I can cancel the supply request after a SO is created?
I tried close the SO, but it still does not allow me to cancel the supply. then my question is how can I create another new SO in another site to cover this Supply request? Pls advise. Pls see the attached.
