Adding a new resource line in an Approved Project Resource Forecast is not possible due to the following error.

Editing a Project Resource Forecast which is in Approved status
+15+15It is not possible to modify the Project Resource Forecast when it is in the status Approved.
- Change the status to Set As Preliminary
- Then add the new line and Approve the forecast.
NOTE: When use Transfer to Resource Planning, only the modifications related to the activities which are in Planned and Released status are updated.

When Transferring Resource Planning from the Forecast to the Project, using Transfer to Resource Planning, only the Activities in Planned and Released statuses in Sub Projects (which has activities with mixed statues Planned, Released, Completed) are updated.
The following warning message pops up to confirm it. It is possible to ReOpen, Completed Activities and then transfer the resource planning, if required. Otherwise only the activities in the above mentioned statuses are modified.
