Cost from Subcontracts connecting to the projects

Hi all,

Where the values below pull from (eg. Planned Cost, Earned Value Cost & Scheduled Work Cost, Committed Cost) subcontracts.

I would appreciate i any one share the reference document or explain the entire  flow.
