Cost and Hours forecasts for All Projects

I have a need to provide a forecast analysis (budgeting and forecasting) of the costs and hours across all projects in the company or site.  Where do you think would be a good place for me to do that?  Is there a screen that I can you or do you think I’ll need to make a report?
