Can someone explain me the functionality in AFP. In AFP for an example if I have multiple applications created (1,2,3,etc.) why is it always need to certify the value in application 1 before proceeding the certification in application 2. And what is the reason for considering the cumulative value of the application above applications if we try to certify an individual application separately.
Is there a workaround for allowing single applications to be billed separately without taking the cumulative effect.
