when saving the time booking, I get the error message below. Please can you help?
“You are not allowed to entre Project Time/Cost reporting for the employee”

Mostly this can be happened if the user Position in position structure is below to the mention employees.
Or else:
Please check the below:
1) Navigate to project team window project management> basic data> project team.
2) Query for the project team.
3) Go to team members tab.
4) Add the employee that you are trying to report time for and try again
Further to Yathartha’s reply, please ensure that both users are added to the same team that gives access to the project.
In addition, also check that the TEAMACCESS property has been configured in the Company Details page:
