Hello we have a service account that connect to IFS to retreive informations on regular basis many times per day in IFS, it was always working well but recently form time to time we get a message saying

 

The license for using IFS Applications is invalid
IFS Applications will be inaccessible in 72 hours
Contact IFS to obtain a valid license.

 

Our license is valid and it’s the only users who gets this error, any idea what can cause this issue ?

there are several typs of licenses in IFS.

Did you check all of them and what license is in use by this user?

Maybe you have to performe a middleware server restart to overcome this issue.
