Activity Project: default early start

@CedSergiG I think the only way to handle this is through a custom event., Once the activity is saved, the event could run and update the Early Start field with the Project Planned Start Date. 

Thank you Marcel. I thought about a solution like that, but before implementing a CRIM I wanted to make sure that the standard application does not allow to set that field.
