When manually performing ‘Calculate Work Center Resource Capacity’ or ‘Calculate Labor Capacity for Manufacturing’, the value for Calculation to Date defaults to 180 days from system date.
Is it possible to change this default of 180 days?
I know this can be established if I were to configure this as a scheduled task.

Yes, the default value is 180 days from the sys_date. But, still you can change the date, to which date the capacity should be calculated.
If it needs to be changed, I think you have go for a code change / modification from IFS.
