Thanks a lot for these inputs. As per wiki User access also should be controlled to allow only authorized personnel to access data. Could you please suggest other than existing roles rights permission configurations and data control via site and company, what additional IFS offers to meet this compliance. Would really appreciate if you could please throw some light on latest enhancements on security framework / new enhancements in IFS.

Hi,

In addition to this, we have the Export Control module which is on top of site/company access which helps control access to data within the solution.

I have attached a pdf which describes the functionality (it is a few years old now, but will help you understand the principles).
