We are planning to ‘Automate Pick, Pack and Ship’ operations. Does IFS support this functionality? If yes, can someone provide any related information/documentation?

You can use Order Type and the Shipment Types configured for automation up to the desired end in Sales Basic Data, and use that one in for specific customer as default or in the customer order when order entry.

You can tick the process at which the automation should end, and leave the previous ones unticked

 

In App9 and previous versions this window is in Sales Basic Data
