when we use MRP Type code of G with a cover time of 5 days on a Manufactured part,  it does not combine the requisitions into a single requisition.   Has anyone successfully used G codes on Manufactured parts

Hi,

Is the part being planned by MRP?  Note that the functionality does not work with MS Level 1 parts.

Also, have you checked the Min, Max and Multiple Lot Size values on the Mfg Part?

The part is checked to be planned by MRP   That would explain it.
