We are currently using cloud managed services, 22R1.
I have an inventory part that I would like to keep the part number (is used in our integrated batch management software in many different recipes).
The part was migrated as uom of OZ. We would like it to be GAL.
Can this be accomplished by doing a part revision?
If you haven’t done any transactions with it, it is possible to back it out by deleting the inventory parts, then changing the Master Part UoM, then re-creating the inventory parts.
This means the part also can’t be in any BOMs at the moment.
If you can’t back everything out, then you will be stuck with the part UoM as it is. The Part Revision can’t effect a change to the UoM as part of an update or process.
