Try to use MSO in IFS Cloud 24R2, but how to start?

The error you are getting indicates that the IFS Cloud and PSO is not connected. You need to connect it first and make sure the connection is working. First check the configuration ID in the in the finite scheduling basic data page. The go to Scheduling Optimization Configuration page and configure that configuration ID according to the steps given in: IFS Optimization Framework Configuration Assistant - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud

Hi Susan, in which environment that you were trying to test? You cannot test MSO without a successful PSO configuration. 
Also, you can refer below activity diagrams in IFS Cloud Documentation to figure out the mandatory steps to run MSO. Feel free to reach out if anything is unclear for you.

Thanks for your feedback, we went live IFS Cloud 24R2 last month, I want to test MSO but have issue.
