When attempting to Execute Transport Task an error message appears that says “ the quantity reserved for part *** on site *** at location **** should not be negative”

I am not able to execute or delete TT.

How do i fix this? thanks!

@cay250 Thanks. If reserved is 0, what reservations are made for the TT? Can you try to Cancel this TT? Cz it seems incorrect.

How is this TT made? Is this manually created by a user or some other way?

Really, that is very strange. If you cannot cancel or update this, I think the last resort will be a data repair. Maybe further investigation might reveal the cause too.

I want to know what is the actual answer.

Check if the ‘Negative On hand Allowed’ is ON for this Inventory Part in the Inventory Part - Misc Part Info tab. It should not be marked as this part is Lot tracked. If thats the case, it might be an issue in data migration ?
