in our manufacturing site, Part A is part type Manufactured, so does in Engineering Part. Now we decide to purchase it instead of building it, then we changed the Engineering Part Provide Code from Make to Buy. but when we are doing transfer, we encountered an error, see below, may I know what is the right procedure to resolve this issue?
