Is it correct to say that the Total Material Scrap Quantity determined in a Shop Order for a specific component during planning level is equal to:
Component Scrap Quantity + Scrap Factor * Lot Size of Shop Order ?

Shop order planned scrap quantity is
Component Scrap + {1/Scrap factor * ( quantity per assembly of component part * Shop order lot size)}
