Timeclock - Filter in applicable operations

Hi,

We are using timeclock in production. We use mainly 2 Objects names (=buttons): “STOP PRODUCTION” and “REPORT QTY COMPLETE”.

The user first identifies himself. When we use “STOP PRODUCTION”, only the operation the user is showing which he can select to stop.

However, when we use “REPORT QTY COMPLETE”, after identification the complete list of operations is showing. So there is no filter which takes the employee into account.

Does anyone has an idea how to add this filter, so the behaviour is comparable to STOP PRODUCTION?

Hi,

For this requirement you can use ‘Shop Floor Workbench’ to report the Qty complete, It has a ‘My Assigned operations’ toggle where the User can filter the list of operations based on ‘Shop Floor Workbench’ logged in employee.

STOP PRODUCTION in ‘Time clock’ is almost similar to Stop production in Shop Floor Workbench. So the User is validating when filtering the Operations required to Stop. So basically the operation should be started by same user or team to report the Stop. With REPORT QTY COMPLETE option we are expecting the scenario where any user can report any other operation which is started by any employee. So there User shouldn’t expect any filtering.

Thanks!

Best Regards,

Lakshan

Technically it should be possible to alter the LOV view and LoV Where to something like above. Pease contact HR team on how to have this configured as they own the logic.
