as i am starting with IFS, i am very very confused and searching for some stuff is very difficult.
can someone please tell me where to find the details of the delivery notes we have received with supplier material?

To Receive Goods you can use Register Arrival (Procurement > Receipt > Register Arrivals) page in IFS Cloud. To check the received receipts from the suppliers, Receipts (Procurement > Receipt > Receipts) page can be used. Use PO# in Source Ref1 to query the relevant records.
