Looking for Shop Floor Employees to report time within Shop Floor Workbench.

Not all employees have logins to the system so the supervisor will enter both time and number of team members.

Reporting in real time not always possible so need the ability to easily modify times but would also like to have a timeline to ensure accuracy.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to do this?

Shop Floor Workbench is designed to Real time reporting of Shop Order Operations.

If it is not practical in your facility you can try ‘Shop Floor Clockings’ overview to report report and modify clockings randomly or all at once. All New Clockings reported through Shop Floor Clockings overview also will be treated as real time reported operations via Shop Floor Workbench.

Your Shop floor supervisor can keep track of reporting by keep list of operations which are required to report. If you have the Barcodes you can get use of ‘Operation Reporting with Barcodes’ page.

‘ Shop Order Operation Reporting page also can be used to directly report shop order operations. In these pages you can report after sorting the operations based on the remaining quantity so you will not miss any order since you have to complete the whole batch in a shop order at once.

Thanks!

For shop order labor reporting you can also consider using the Time Card - Details page which is part of the IFS HCM module.

This page allows you to graphically report, view and modify clocking intervals for both attendance, shop order labor time and indirect time.

Thanks for both suggestions.  Think we will use the Clockings Tab on SFWB.
